Task:
The task was to create a temporary road for transporting heavy loads on wet terrain. The key challenge was the need for quick assembly and disassembly of the road, which would allow the safe transport of a large load. Ensuring the stability and durability of the surface was also crucial.
Solution:
ROAD SYSTEM 450 plates with an innovative connection system were used, enabling fast and stable assembly without the need for a crane. Thanks to special connectors placed in the plate holes, the assembly was reduced to simply tightening the screws. The 85 kg plates were easily moved using hooks, and their load-bearing capacity of 120 tons/m² ensured safety during the operation.
Result:
In just 3 hours, an 80-meter section of road was built on wet ground, allowing for the safe transport of a heavy load. After the work was completed, the plates were disassembled in just an hour and a half, and the surface was fully protected. Thanks to the innovative ROAD SYSTEM 450, the entire construction process was highly efficient, and the result was a solid and stable access road ready in a short amount of time.
