Which product to choose?
We recommend the use of the ROAD SYSTEM 125 plate for pedestrian and wheeled traffic for light vehicles (up to 3.5 tons). For heavy traffic, we recommend the ROAD SYSTEM 200 plate. The ROAD SYSTEM 400 road plates will withstand the highest loads. Perfect for the construction of wind farms, on access roads to construction sites, for the needs of the army. Can I personalize the plates?
Company name and logo can be embossed on the plate. On individual request, we will send you additional information and terms of performance.
Delivery and payment
What is the order execution time?
We execute orders within 1-2 business days from the crediting of the money to the account or sending the confirmation of the transfer.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay the order by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice.
How do we deliver the plates?
It is an individual matter - smaller quantities are delivered on pallets with dimensions of 1.2x1.8 m by JAS-FBG - a car with a lift. In the case of larger orders, we organize dedicated transports.
What equipment is necessary for unloading?
A forklift or backhoe loader is required at the unloading site. For small quantities, you can also unload the plates manually. When placing an order, be sure to inform us if you have the required equipment.
Assembly
Do I have to provide a foundation?
No, the road plates are placed directly on the leveled ground. To protect them against dirt and mud, the plates can be placed on geotextile. With intensive use of the temporary road, on weak native soil and marshy terrain, the ground may require a few centimeters of bedding made of crushed stones.
What do I need for assembly?
No special equipment is needed for assembly. It is enough to arrange the boards and connect them with each other with special fasteners, equipped with two screw holes.
How many fasteners do I need to use?
The number of connectors depends on the method of installation. Depending on the model, the plate has 10-12 holes for dedicated fasteners. You can check the number of plates and fittings you need using a calculator.
Do I have to keep the dilatation?
The plates should be laid with a distance of 3-5 cm from other surfaces (curbs, posts). When connecting panels, the expansion function is performed by a connector which in its structure has an additional space for expansion and contraction of the material.
