ROAD SYSTEM road plates-what are they?

What exactly are plastic road plates? Simply put, they are large sheets of plastic which, with special connectors, can be laid in strips or cover large surfaces. What is very important, in our case, is that the entire production process is based on recycling, and the high-density polyethylene used is characterized by high strength and flexibility as well as resistance to weather conditions. Temporary plate roads, squares or parking lots made of the plates do not molten during rainfall and intensive use. Thus, they facilitate the movement of vehicles and pedestrians which in turn has a positive effect on the pace of work and reduces the amount of mud and damage to the ground.

Double-sided assembly

The plates have protrusions all over their surface. Their height varies depending on the product side. As a result, the same plates can be adapted to foot traffic (lower insets) or wheel traffic to prevent wheel skidding (higher insets).

How do we organize transport?

The transport of ROAD SYSTEM road plates depends largely on the size of the order and the possibility of unloading at the place of delivery. Shipment of several pallets most often takes place via the transport services provided by JAS-FBG. Delivery takes place by car with a lift - a driver unloads the pallets himself. It is a particularly convenient form of delivery for individual customers who do not have a forklift or a backhoe loader at their disposal. It is advisable to deliver orders with more plates (min. 4 pallets) by dedicated transport - and also in this case, depending on the possibility of unloading on site, we can also arrange a delivery truck with a lift.

Full truck load orders are carried out with "Tir" type vehicles.
The curtain semi-trailer is loaded:
- on the side - with sliding side surfaces (most often),
- from the rear - with rear door opening sideways.
A forklift or backhoe loader is required at the unloading site


To sum up:

In the case of shipment of a smaller number of boards, the shipment is carried out by the JAS-FBG courier company by a car with a lift.

The cost of transport depends on the number of items and the place of delivery. We will quote each transport on request.
